Is all iradj moini products available for purchase online?
No, we cannot possibly compile the 30 years worth of designs, however if the stone is in stock it is very much possible to order anything you may have seen before. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or navigate to our Custom Orders page and let us know what you are thinking for.
what if i need extra help or advice on a purchase?

how do i check authenticity of an iradj Moini piece?
Every Iradj Moini piece comes with his authenticity signature seal, it is sometimes difficult to find but always there. If you have made a third party purchase and are unsure give us a call or email and we will be happy to help.
are prices subject to change?
Some unique stones and gems can result in a change in price as they themselves are subject to price changes as they become rarer to find, mine and purchase.
how can i get an item repaired?
Repairing is easy, please ship to our address in NYC and we will appraise your repair, we often do small stone replacements and repairs for FREE!

How do i care for my jewelry?
These pieces are built quite robustly, that being said they are all handmade and are subject to damage if dropped or assaulted. They will never tarnish. We also recommend not storing them in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
how can i order an archived/Classic piece?
Navigate to our Classic Collection page and if the piece is listed use the "Price Upon Request" button and fill out the form. If you know the code or have a good description of an unlisted item please include it in the form submission and someone will get in touch with you.
Returns & Exchanges
how can i make returns or exchanges?
We will gladly accept unworn and undamaged items for exchange or store credit within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item(s). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
To make an exchange or obtain a store credit, simply e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will authorize your exchange or credit, and give you shipping instructions. We will also address any shipping fees, if applicable. If store credit is requested, it will be issued once we receive the items.You should expect to receive your credit within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

Tracking orders, changes & Cancellations
A detailed shipping estimate and tracking number will be emailed to you once the jewelry leaves our workshop. If any changes need to be made, including shipping address, cancellation etc. please promptly call us or email us.
are the shipments insured?
Shipments are insured up to the amount of $1,000 USD in some cases.
what if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details and we would be happy to resolve it for you.
